There is no age limit for boarding our aircraft. Passengers under the age of 24 months will be able to enjoy a free experience on the lap of a responsible person. Passengers under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for an airplane or a helicopter piloting experience is 14 years old.

There is no size limit for boarding our aircraft. Please note, however, that very tall people may feel less comfortable in the cabins of our aircraft.
We recommend that you arrive on site 30 minutes before the start of your activity.
For your comfort, we recommend light clothing, close-toed footwear, sunglasses and a cap. For excursions taking place in winter, we ask that you bring appropriate warm clothing and footwear, this includes a winter jacket, gloves, a toque and warm, waterproof shoes.
Flight safety is our top priority! If our pilots consider that the weather conditions could compromise the safety of your flight, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule or cancel your flight at no cost to you. We reserve the right to cancel a flight without notice for weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Although there are no legal restrictions, we do not recommend flying if you have a heart problem, or if you have been pregnant for more than 25 weeks.
