I have personal belongings: can I take them with me?

Yes, a space is dedicated in our devices for your personal belongings (a maximum of 10 lbs per person will be authorized). A secure location will also be offered to you within our facilities.

Can I take photos and videos in flight?

Yes! Select Aviation and its team of pilots are at your service to offer you the best of memories. We just ask that you do not disturb the pilot during the flight and keep your devices away from windows/openings.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, information related to restrictions will be available at the time of booking before payment on our website. Airplane max. 300lbs per person.

Are there any age restrictions?

There is no age limit for boarding our aircraft. Passengers under the age of 24 months will be able to enjoy a free experience on the lap of a responsible person. Passengers under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for an airplane or a helicopter piloting experience is 14 years old.

I am a person with a disability: can I participate?

Yes, our team will be happy to accommodate to make this experience possible. Please contact us for further details.

Is there a size limit?

There is no size limit for boarding our aircraft. Please note, however, that very tall people may feel less comfortable in the cabins of our aircraft.

How long should I arrive before my flight?

We recommend that you arrive on site 30 minutes before the start of your activity.

How should I dress?

For your comfort, we recommend light clothing, close-toed footwear, sunglasses and a cap. For excursions taking place in winter, we ask that you bring appropriate warm clothing and footwear, this includes a winter jacket, gloves, a toque and warm, waterproof shoes.

The weather conditions are bad, can I still fly?

Flight safety is our top priority! If our pilots consider that the weather conditions could compromise the safety of your flight, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule or cancel your flight at no cost to you. We reserve the right to cancel a flight without notice for weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Can I fly if I’m pregnant or if I have a heart condition?

Although there are no legal restrictions, we do not recommend flying if you have a heart problem, or if you have been pregnant for more than 25 weeks.

How far in advance can I cancel my flight?
