Cancellation by the customer:

• If the customer voluntarily cancels his reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled take-off time of the aircraft, he may then be eligible for a full refund.
• An amount equivalent to half of the total price will be charged if the customer cancels between 24 hours before the scheduled take-off time of the aircraft.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash even if canceled by you.
• For customers who have booked their flight through one of our distributors, the distributor’s cancellation or refund policy prevails.

Cancellation by the operator:

• If the company cancels for any reason, customers will be refunded in full.
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or technical problems, the operator may offer a refund or various alternatives to customers.
  *Please note that no reimbursement will be made by the operator for: *
• A cancellation made within 24 hours before the scheduled take-off time of the aircraft.
• An unjustified absence on the day of the flight.

Reimbursement process and terms:

• The customer must submit a refund request by telephone. The request must include the order number, product description and reason for the refund.
• The refund will be made to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
