Recruiting Agent

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Recruitment Agent is responsible for following up on requests for information from potential clients, presenting the various programs offered at the college and to guide clients through the various stages of the admissions process.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process requests for information from potential customers located in its sales territory
Lead the end-to-end sales process for potential customers
Accompany clients in the admissions process
Respond to customer questions regarding training, immigration procedures, etc.
Meet sales targets
Make presentations in schools or at fairs
Develop the network of contacts to promote sales
Promote the brand through networking

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of the programs offered at Select Aviation College
Good knowledge of Canadian aviation

Qualifications and expertise required

Excellent level of English

Working conditions

The schedule of the recruitment agent is very variable. It is necessary to be able to answer customer questions in a short time in order to ensure the best possible follow-up. The recruitment agent will be called upon to work days, evenings and weekends.
